David O. McMillin, CRPC®, OSJ Manager
President, Financial Advisor
David’s favorite quote, “Wisdom is supreme; therefore, get wisdom,” summarizes his professional and personal life pursuits. Even with over 26 years’ experience as a Financial Advisor and Wealth
Manager, he continues to seek wisdom and to further understand how to apply the wisdom principles to his daily life and work. David earned a B.S.B.A. from Central Michigan University, a Masters of Art in Religion from Liberty Seminary, and the Chartered Retirement
Planning Counselor (CRPC®) from the College for Financial Planning. David’s desk and bookshelf reflect his reading interests in the fields of business and investing, as well as historical research and biographical studies. David is an avid cyclist, and a
member of the Downriver Cycling Club. He enjoys bike camping on longer, self-supported rides and even leads a weekend destination ride throughout the cycling season for 30 miles along beautiful Hines Drive.
David shares that after his life was transformed by the power of God in 1986, he has been committed to knowing God and making Him known. An elder in his family’s small, non-denominational church,
he teaches both adults and teens. David lives in Allen Park with his wife, Helen, their three sons that are still at home, Luke, Elijah, and Josiah, and their foster child, Estelle.

Paul D. McMillin, CRPC®
Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
Paul began his official employment at Hopper-McMillin over 7 years ago, but grew up as a familiar face at his father’s firm. His early exposure to the financial planning industry left the profound
impression that his father’s clients deeply appreciated the work he did. Paul knew he wanted to help others like that, too. After earning the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) certification through the College for Financial Planning, Paul pursued
his dream of “opening the black box” of retirement planning to clients by taking the time to educate them and help them understand the best way to make financial decisions. Paul loves meeting and sharing with people as well as utilizing technology to help
craft plans for clients to achieve their lifetime goals.
Paul has volunteered on several church mission trips, served as a local camp counselor, and helped found and lead a college and career group. He lives in Allen Park with his wife, Bethany, and
attends church in Trenton.
